LeadConnect Privacy Policy

01In short

The short version: your leads, contacts, notes and business numbers are stored on your phone. Our server holds only what is needed to sign you in and to know your plan and badges. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

LeadConnect is a product of Hustler’s Code ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app and this website use, where it is kept, and the choices you have.

02Data stored on your phone

Your leads and contact details, notes, follow-ups, important dates, message templates, saved audiences, targets, goals, campaigns, achievers, business journal, voice notes and calculator numbers are stored locally on your phone. Your theme, language, reminders and profile photo are also stored on your phone. This data is not uploaded to our servers as part of LeadConnect’s normal operation.

03Data our server keeps

Sign-in and limited account data are processed using Supabase, our database and authentication provider. We keep only:

your email address and name, used to sign you in;
your plan (Free or Pro) and, if you buy Pro, the Google Play purchase token used to confirm it;
your Founding Member number, if you have one;
the badges you earn (badge name and date);
your share code, and “friend joined” records when someone installs LeadConnect from your link and agrees to be counted.

You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. Sign-in uses only your email address and name. We do not ask you to create a password.

05Permissions the app asks for

Contacts: only when you choose to import, and only the contacts you pick are added.
Notifications: for the follow-up, birthday and meeting reminders you set. They are scheduled on your phone.
Microphone: only while you record a voice note. Recordings stay on your phone.
Files: only when you create or restore a backup or export your data.

06Payments

Purchases are made through Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Google processes payments under its own privacy policy. We keep only the purchase token needed to confirm your plan.

Your share link carries a random code, not your name or phone number. When someone installs LeadConnect from your link, they are asked first. If they agree, you see that a friend joined, and their first name only if they choose to show it.

08Feedback and crash reports

Feedback and crash reports are never sent automatically. When you choose to send one, your email app opens with the message addressed to us, and you see everything before it is sent. Crash reports contain technical details only.

09Backups

You can create an encrypted backup protected by a 6-character passcode (letters and numbers) that you choose. The backup is encrypted on your phone with AES-256 before it leaves the app. The passcode is never stored or sent anywhere, and you decide where to keep the file. Without the passcode, nobody, including us, can open it.

Because your business data lives on your phone, it can be lost if the phone is lost or reset, or if the app is uninstalled. We recommend a backup at least once a week.

10This website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your language and your hustler-test result in your own browser. If you take the test or tap “I want this first” on an industry, we count the anonymous answer on our server. No name, phone number or email is collected with it.

If you suggest a new industry, we keep the industry, your idea and the email you type, only to reply to you about that idea. We never use it for marketing and never share it.

11Who else processes data

We do not sell or rent your data and do not use it for advertising. Data is processed only by the providers needed to run LeadConnect: Supabase (database and sign-in), Google (Google Sign-In and Google Play Billing) and your email provider when you choose to email us.

12Security

Connections to our server are encrypted. Database rules limit each person to their own account record. Backups are encrypted on your phone before they leave the app.

13How long we keep data

We keep your account information only for as long as your account is active, or as required for legitimate operational, legal or security purposes. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise the related account data, subject to any retention required by law.

Industry suggestions sent from this website are deleted once we have reviewed and replied to them, or sooner if you ask us at contact@hustlerscode.in.

14Your choices and rights

Edit or remove any record in the app at any time.
Export your data from the app.
Delete your account in the app (Profile → Danger Zone → Delete My Account) or as described on the delete account page.
Ask us for access, correction or deletion by writing to the email below.

15Children

LeadConnect is made for adults doing business or sales work. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

16Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and tell you in the app’s What’s New section.
